We have designed dozens of neighborhood level parks often conceived as a new open space amenity associated with our master planned community work as well as renovations of public and private facilities within an existing community fabric. Understanding the local demographics, use levels and recreational needs are the first steps in designing a successful, “long lived” park.

Neighborhood Parks

Neighborhood pool facilities are designed to provide predominantly “non-competitive” swim opportunities serving the surrounding residents. Pool configurations and sizes vary from junior Olympic to small lap or “resort style” pools. Depending on local demographics, our pool park designs are often complimented with splash play areas, wading pools, spas, shade cabanas, outdoor fireplaces and barbecue amenities. We lead the design team to ensure the style and theme is reflective of the surrounding neighborhood design vernacular.
